  • In our 6 week ‘Winter Warrior Challenge’ starting Monday July 21 until Sunday August 31, you get to join a small group of guys who are looking to grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, together.

    They say, ‘summer bodies are built in winter’ and through the accountability and support of this group, you can guarantee your mind, body & spirit will have received a complete upgrade following the successful completion of this challenge.

    All that we ask is that you come in ready to grow, ready to raise your standards and ready to give 100% effort for yourself and the men alongside you.

We focus on creating the best version of you by supporting you with like-minded men and giving you every opportunity to help you succeed physically, mentally, emotionally and financially with classes run by industry professionals for all areas of life.
